General Information

800€ (depending on the reservation and category)

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before rental
Payment Method: By cash or credit/debit card. The rental payment is
made at the beginning of the rental period.

Driver’s License

The driving license must have been issued at least one year prior to
pick-up date.
National Driver’s Licenses issued in the EU, US, UK, Australia, New
Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine
are accepted.
Citizens of all other countries are required to have a valid international
Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License unless their
national driver’s license is valid for driving in Greece.
The Driver is required to produce the Driver’s License and a Valid ID or
Passport prior to the pick-up of the car.

Age Requirements for Drivers

Minimum age requirement of 21 years for Group A category cars and
23 years for other cars. Maximum age limit is 80 years.

Fuel Policy

The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as
collected

If the renter returns the vehicle with less amount of fuel, he/she will be
charged for any fuel difference. There is no refund if the renter returns
the vehicle with higher fuel than collected.

Transport by Ferry

Our vehicles are not allowed to leave Rhodes Island or travel to other
parts of Greece. Ferry trips are also prohibited. Any violations of this
policy may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek Courts.

Fines - Penalties:

Fines and penalties resulting from traffic code violations are the
responsibility of the Lessee. The Lessee additionally undertakes, as
applicable, to pay the management costs.

Loss or Removal of License Plates

In case of loss or removal of license plates during the rental period, the
renter will be charged for the rental until the plates are received from
the relevant authority, as well as any cost arising from their
reinstallation.

Loss or Destruction of Key

In case of loss or Damage of the key during the rental period, the renter
must pay 50 to 400 euros depending on the vehicle type. Also, any other
expenses incurred (key reprogramming, vehicle transportation, etc.).
Additionally, the vehicle unlocking service if you lock the key inside the
vehicle is charged.

Extension of Rental / Changes:

Contact the company at least 18 hours
before your contract expires. Extensions are always granted based on
availability. The same applies to any changes regarding the station -
return location of the vehicle.

Exceptions from any insurance Package.

If the car is driven by an unauthorized - unlisted driver in the rental
contract.
Damage to the interior of the car.
Missing car accessories (antenna, baby seats, electronic equipment, car
keys, etc.)
Damage to the car from driving off road (beaches, dirt roads, unpaved
roads, etc.)
Damage to the car while driving under influence of alcohol or drugs or
while driving in disregard of the Greek Traffic Law or while driving in
an unsafe manner.
Contamination of fuel and other grossly negligent actions

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before rental
In case of cancellation within the 24-hour period before the rental, the full amount will be retained.
